How detoxification helped me improve my health

Actually I know exactly how you feel, because I have been there. Even though I had the medical training and education at that time and I totally realized that my health was not so good and I needed support, I didn’t have a clear plan and wasn’t sure what to do exactly.

I read a lot of health and nutrition books, researched natural treatments online, tried herbs and natural supplement. I even considered myself to be following a healthy diet.

There would be days that I decided to eat a low fat diet and switched to skimmed milk and cut out butter. Other days I tried increasing my fiber intake and ate a big plate of greens twice a day and switched to whole grain bread. Then I I switched to white bread after reading an article about how whole grain bran can irritate your intestines and aggravate an irritable colon, which I was struggling with at the time. At the end, I didn’t get results and my condition got worse.

It was hard to ignore the symptoms that were creeping upon me and increasing every day. I almost had all the list of symptoms in the book. Fatigue, low energy, poor memory, headaches, migraines, poor sleep, PMS, acne, eczema, bloating, gas, nasal allergies, body pains and aches, etc. Medication and supplements didn’t offer a lot of help back then and I deeply believed there was another way to health other than pharmaceuticals.

It was not until I had my nutrition education that I understood what’s going on with me. I realized that all these issues where related to each other and that diet and stress were at the root cause of my bodily systems’ break down. Obviously I was too toxic and my body wasn’t able to take it anymore.

I consider that cleansing my diet and detoxifying my body was the most effective step I have taken towards regaining my health. It was not until I followed a precise detox plan that I was able to finally experience positive changes. After following the plan for a few months, I was surprised to finally have almost all of my symptoms disappear. My energy increased, my digestion markedly improved, my allergies were gone and the best of all my skin has cleared out and there was no more pimples, redness or itching.

To tell you the truth, I believe that this step has literally saved me from more serious health problems which I would have been struggling with today, had I not taken action back then and made the necessary changes to my diet and lifestyle. That’s why I am so grateful for the knowledge and experience I have today and I am so passionate about using detoxification and cleansing to transform my clients’ health and the results they get are really amazing and most of the time beyond their expectations.
