Try to set a time every day to practice visualizing your health goal. Try imagining in your mind how you want your body to function internally and look like externally and tune into how this image feels like for you.
The more vivid and detailed this picture is, the better results you will get. It might take you some time to perfect your image so just be patient and consistent with your visualization.
