Soon 2013 will be over and we will be welcoming a New Year. I wish 2014 wish will be full of health, prosperity and happiness for you!

Usually in this time of the year, we reflect on what we achieved in the past year and set goals or resolutions for the New Year. Setting new goals and New Year’s resolutions is important but what’s even more important is recognizing, appreciating and celebrating what you have already accomplished in a full year, which is always much more than you think.

Count Your Blessings

Focusing on all your blessings such as people in your life, good relationships, love, health and money will fill your heart with a sense of gratitude and joy. It will make you feel that you are a fortunate person, even if you are still looking for a lot more than you have.

The Mindset For Success

Remember that you have all what you need inside of you. You just have to search for it, ask for it and put the energy and work to have it in your life. The more you believe in what you want, the easier and faster it will manifest in your life.

Your mindset is the most important factor that will determine your success. Working hard alone is not enough, you have to also overcome the inner blocks and limiting beliefs that might be standing in your way to success.

The secret to Making 2014 Your Best Year Ever

Today, I am so excited to share with you a secret that will put you in the right mindset for success and make 2014 your best year ever.

This is a simple exercise that I use in my Toronto-based holistic nutrition practice and that I have found to tremendously help my clients in achieving wonderful results; whether they were looking for optimum health, more energy or weight loss.

I will usually ask them to set apart 5 minutes daily to do a simple visualization exercise. All they have to do is just to visualize what they want and feel it strongly with all their senses, that’s it.

You might say, oh that’s so simple. I know, it’s so simple and it works…sounds too good to be true, right? In fact, visualizing what you want and feeling it as if it already exists in the present moment, is much more powerful than you think.

This technique-which you will not understand fully until you apply-can help you in changing anything in your life including your health state. It is in fact so powerful that people have used it to heal from cancer.

How does visualization work?

Visualization employs the power of our thoughts and mind over the body, because our mind has the upper hand on the body. But it is the subconscious mind, not the conscious mind, so it’s extremely important to do this exercise daily and consistently to see results.

At the beginning it might be hard to do this exercise regularly because there might be some resistance from your conscious mind which always resists change. But once you get into making daily visualization a habit, you will notice true positive changes in your life.

I know that this might be totally new to you but take my word on it, this is science and has been proven over and over again, that it works. It worked for me and my clients. According to quantum physics’ scientists and researchers, retraining your subconscious mind to work for you is one of the most powerful tools to effortlessly reach your goals.

So let’s make 2014 your best year ever with visualization!
